Darja Turčenko ir Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas laikmetīgās dejas programmas absolvente un SIXTH deju kompānijas biedre. Viņa ir paplašinājusi savu pieredzi Erasmus+ apmaiņas programmā Itālijā un La Faktoria treniņprogrammā Spānijā. Darja strādājusi kā dejotāja dažādos projektos Latvijā un ārzemēs, tostarp SIXTH deju kompānijā un Ģertrūdes ielas teātrī (Latvija), kā arī Tanz Company Gervasi (Austrija). Paralēli darbam ar citiem māksliniekiem viņa veido arī savas horeogrāfijas, tostarp izrādi "ANIMA" (2021) un solo performanci "VISAM IR JĒGA" (2023). Darja pasniedz deju bērniem un pusaudžiem, kā arī kopā ar komandu organizē Embody.Riga meistarklases profesionāļiem.
Darja Turcenko is a graduate of the Contemporary Dance program at the Latvian Academy of Culture and a member of SIXTH Dance Company. She has expanded her experience through the Erasmus+ exchange program in Italy and the La Faktoria training program in Spain. Darja has worked as a dancer in various projects in Latvia and abroad, including SIXTH Dance Company and Gertrudes Street Theatre (Latvia), as well as Tanz Company Gervasi (Austria). Alongside collaborations with other artists, she also creates her own choreographic works, such as the performance "ANIMA" (2021) and the solo piece "EVERYTHING IS MAKING SENSE" (2023). Darja teaches dance to children and teenagers and, together with her team, organizes Embody.Riga masterclasses for professionals.
